• A 100% Drug-Free Work Environment.  Every employee is drug tested upon employment and the firm conducts random drug testing periodically.
• On-site job inspections to determine conformance with established policies and OSHA standards.
• Train the Workforce.
• Completion of OSHA 10-Hour Training by all personnel.
• Conduct periodic in-house training programs to communicate updates in the corporate Safety Program and to assess overall safety performance.
• Empower Workforce to be Their Own Personal Safety Director.
• Conduct employee perception survey to assess workers’ attitude regarding the safety program, providing the ability to express their safety desires and expectations in an anonymous manner.
• Tie incentives to jobsite safety performance for all supervisory personnel.
